Recovery has an order.

Three systems decide whether you get better: what you are still being exposed to, what that exposure set off, and how loudly your body has learned to respond. Address them out of order and progress stalls, no matter how good the individual protocol is.

The Three Pillars

Environment

What you are still being exposed to. Not what you were exposed to five years ago, but what is in the air, the water and the building around you today. No protocol outruns an ongoing exposure. This is the pillar people most often skip, usually because it is the most expensive one to look at honestly.

The Inflammatory Cascade

What the exposure set off, and what is keeping it running now that the original trigger may be gone. Inflammation is not a single event. It is a sequence, and each step makes the next one easier to trigger. This is why symptoms can spread to systems that were never involved at the start.

The Nervous System

The threshold that decides how much response any given input produces. Two people can carry the same load and have entirely different days, because the threshold is set differently. Thresholds are learned, which means they can be changed.

Most recovery plans work on one pillar thoroughly and leave the other two untouched. That is usually what is behind a plan that worked for six weeks and then stopped.

The Framework

How the pieces fit together

The Biology of Adaptive Communication™ is the underlying science: how your body's systems signal each other, and how those signals adapt when the environment stops being safe. Adaptation is not malfunction. It is a system doing what it learned to do, using information that is now out of date.

The Adaptive Communication Lens™ is the frame you use to read your own pattern. It tells you which pillar is currently driving, so you are working on the thing that is actually holding the sequence rather than the thing that is easiest to start.

The Mold Recovery Method Experience™ is what the Lens looks like applied, when mold and biotoxin exposure is the driver.

Start with your pattern, not with a protocol

The most common reason recovery stalls is not a missing supplement. It is working the wrong pillar first.

The quiz takes a few minutes and sorts you into the pattern that is currently driving your case, with the reasoning behind it.

Working with me directly

Alongside the courses I keep a small somatic therapy practice, currently limited to a focused ten week intensive rather than open ended weekly work.
